ACEXM7 explicitly disclaims all responsibility and liability for any data, content, information, files, logos, product specs, or details submitted, inserted, or uploaded by users, exhibitors, sponsors, or visitors.
2.2 Accuracy and Legality: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, truthfulness, integrity, and legality of any data you input into our systems. ACEXM7 shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, typos, misrepresentations, or loss of data resulting from user submission.
2.3 Indemnification: You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ACEXM7, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any legal claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or losses arising from or connected to data inserted or provided by you or your organization.
While ACEXM7 is not responsible for monitoring all submitted data, we reserve the right (without obligation) to review, edit, reject, or delete any user-provided content that violates our policies, infringes upon intellectual property rights, or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.
All proprietary website branding, original design layouts, graphics, and exhibition frameworks belong to ACEXM7. Brand logos of exhibitors, media partners, and sponsors remain the property of their respective owners.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
