Head of Sales

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the conception, development and successful implementation of Sales & Marketing Campaign Strategies, Industrial / Technology Events & Mega Expo verticals & Shows that the company launches. You will work closely with the core team to identify opportunities, build professional service oriented ecosystem (Offline / Digital) and take them to market successfully. You will work in a highly cross functional environment, and in close collaboration with the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure commercial success for new launches. In the near future, you will also work towards geographic expansion of our mega expos, events & services internationally.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication & people skills
  • Prior experience leading Exhibitions and Shows businesses in a cross-functional B2B environment
  • Great understanding of Sales & Positive Mindset for aggressive exponential growth
  • Keen interest in Smart Manufacturing/Industry4.0, Industrial & Emerging Technology Ecosystem.


  • Work with relevant internal stakeholders to promote tech expos & events from the ground up
  • Define targets and ensure commercial success for new launches
  • Work closely with Marketing & Sales teams to ensure top of funnel (organic) and conversion targets are met
  • Analyze data & trends to identify new opportunities for the business to grow
  • Help define new benchmarks of performance in a fast growing startup environment

Digital Marketing Expert

We are looking a digital marketing Expert who is passionate about the online / digital space, passionate to create digital Brand and possess exceptional qualities of an expert communicator, detailed oriented and understand the application of modern digital techniques to reach relevant B2B clients. 

This Core Group Position requires:

  • Conceptualize, Build and Drive Digital (Social) Campaign to maximize user acquisition
  • Generate Dynamic Content in various form: posts, blogs, podcasts, knowledge sharing interviews, research articles, case studies / success stories in industrial, emerging technology and related domains
  • Work with the Content Marketing Manager to boost SEO and maximize SEM ROI
  • Align with internal Analytics & Data Engineering Experts to develop user acquisition strategy and its effective implementation
  • Establish KPIs to Track, Measure & Analyze User Engagement + Conversions along with optimizing User Experiences
  • Track Performance to ensure Marketing Strategies and Plans are delivering exponential business outcomes

What We Want?

  • 3-5 years experience at an Digital Marketing Services / Technology Services company
  • Deep & Clear knowledge of SEO Tools & Techniques with sufficient Practical Experience through technology, Digital Content Strategy, and Offline / Online brand lenses
  • Experience with Digital Marketing Tools 
  • Strong Experience with Industrial Verticals / Specific Category Targeting Campaigns
  • Social Media and Social Influence Marketing experience is a plus
